At Castlepollard Community College we offer Gaelic Football at junior and senior level. These teams compete in competitions organised by Leinster Council and Westmeath GAA.

The school has a brilliant relationship with the local feeder clubs Ballycomoyle GFC, Castletown Finea GFC and other clubs in the locality on the back of our inaugural C’mon Peil 7-a-side blitz for the Ned Flynn Perpetual Cup. Our players’ skill levels have increased with the level of coaching that they are receiving in both the clubs and the school and this has allowed them to compete at a higher level in these competitions and enjoy the game in general.
